The ductwork in most homes should be cleaned every 3-5 years. However, not all homes are the same.

If you live near new construction (lots of dust, debris, construction materials, sheetrock), have a lot of people in and out of your home, burn candles or incense on a daily basis, have a lot of kids and/or pets, or have chronic health difficulties, you may need it cleaned more frequently.

 If you don’t have any children or pets, don’t live near any construction sites, don’t have any chronic health conditions, and don’t have a lot of traffic through your home, you might be able to get it cleaned every 5 years. 

We use the most powerful portable HEPA vacuum with 6000 cfm and see-through vacuum boxes to improve CFM by creating negative air pressure. Also, a mounted truck compressor and equipment like whips, reverse blast, and forward blast balls to push or drag dust and debris away from your furnace. 

Depending on the sort of debris we are working with, we normally employ between 185psi and 220psi. The contaminants we remove are stored in the portable vacuum collector for safe disposal. We use an 8″ hose connected to your ductwork to vacuum out all debris.

All homes have mold. There are safe and unsafe levels of mold and different types of mold, some of which are more harmful than others. We will refer you to a mold remediation company to assess and treat the mold issue before us working in your duct system.

Very Simple. If your ducts are clean, your HVAC won’t work as hard. On the contrary, it will work efficiently.

Contaminants and debris slow down the air flow, which will make work the system harder to maintain the desire temperature.

It takes between 3 to 4 hours to get the cleaning done. Anything done in an hour or two is the typical blow and go, please do your research.

Yes, we will need access to all vents because we will be cleaning each vent individually to provide the best results. We can also move goods if they are not too heavy to move ourselves.
